Delete your Prosperify account

Prosperify is an app developed and operated by Xiom OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia). This page explains how to delete your Prosperify account and data, with or without the app.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, to the Danger Zone card.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. In the Delete Account & All Data? window, type `DELETE` where it says "Type DELETE to confirm:".
5. Tick "I understand this action is permanent and all my data will be deleted".
6. Tap Delete Account to confirm.

Delete without the app

Email privacy@prosperify.ai from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your request and complete it within the timeframe set out in our Privacy Policy (generally within one month).

What gets deleted and what we keep

Your account information and the financial data you entered are deleted.

• Recovery window: we keep your account information and user-entered financial data for up to 30 days after account deletion to allow recovery from accidental deletion. During those 30 days you can cancel the deletion by signing in and choosing Cancel deletion.
• Backups: backups containing personal data are kept for up to 90 days after account deletion, after which they are overwritten in the normal course of operations.
• Records required by law: records required for legal, tax, or accounting compliance are kept as required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years under Estonian law).
