Communication is accepted in English. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and, where required by law, within statutory deadlines.

DSA single point of contact (Article 11)

For the purposes of Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Xiom OÜ designates the contact above (`legal@prosperify.ai`) as its single point of contact for direct communication with Member States' authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services.

Recipient point of contact (Article 12)

For the purposes of Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, recipients of the Prosperify service may contact Xiom OÜ directly and rapidly via `support@prosperify.ai`. Communication is electronic and does not rely solely on automated tools.

Authorised representative

Xiom OÜ is established in Estonia, an EU Member State, and therefore is not required to designate a separate EU representative under the GDPR (Art. 27) or the DSA (Art. 13).

Online dispute resolution

Xiom OÜ is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
